It is an excellent location, all life is happening around. The view in the room is the best! I took a sea view room. Stuff is very helpful any time, smile and professional! I was happy staying there and when I m back to Fethiye will definitely choose this hotel!

I stayed in the room 403. It’s a room overlooking the Lycian tombs and ruins of the Fethiye fort. Totally loved it. The room has a terrace which feels very private. Beautiful for sunrise or chilling under the stars. Clean and comfortable. Found the location excellent. Close to the port, old town, and the center with all the restaurants, cafes, shops, and waterfront promenade. On the ground floor of the hotel there’s Gloria Jean’s coffee shop. Staff was extremely helpful and lovely. Helped me with the tours and taxis.

Very nice boutique hotel in the heart of fethiye port. Everything is very close to the hotel in walking distance. The sea view rooms have an incredible view of the port and the port square. The room has a super double bed with a very comfortable mattress. What I liked and impressed me is that the hotel followed sustainable hotel policies such as changing bed linens every 3 days, had recyclable amenities in the room, the air-condition only worked with the balcony door closed, had refillable soap cases and not disposable ones and various others practices like that. Also, on the ground floor of the hotel there was a nice coffee shop where you could sit and enjoy your coffee. Last but not least, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Recommended!

The hotel's location right on Fethiye Harbour is perfect, and our room (206) had a stunning view of the harbor and sea. We can't say enough about the excellent service, especially from our receptionist, Fouat. He helped us book an affordable boat trip to Ölüdeniz, which turned out to be a highlight of our trip.

Amazing location right on the marina. Restaurants all around. Great view from 4th floor room terrace. Short walk to old town bazaar. Fuat at the desk was incredibly friendly and helpful and made our stay excellent.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a fair size, with nice linen on the bed. The extras -- complimentary toiletries, a kettle, shoe polisher, and a scale -- were appreciated. Balcony, fridge, and lift. On the harbour front, close to transport and restaurants.

Honestly our stay at the Orka boutique hotel was the highlight of our holiday! I must say that everything was perfect, location is superb, staff is amazing and specially Fuat he made our stay extra special and he was there always when we needed to ask about anything and never hesitated to take the extra mile to make us happy, I would love to thank him a lot and all the lovely staff and for sure we will be coming back to this amazing place, I strongly recommend it to everyone.

Good location, parking, Excellent staff. Comfortable rooms. Close to city centre, restaurants and shops. Sea view was a bonus. Lots of extras provided.

Our initial room allocated as very small and not clean, looked like someone had thrown a cup of coffee over the wall. Overlooking the taxi rank, try to avoid these rooms if staying here. We asked to be moved to an alternative room and were initially told that they were full but a bit of persistence resulted in us being moved to a cleaner more spacious front room overlooking the harbour. The toilet in this room then broke so they allowed us access to another room. It was fixed in the morning eventually. Staff rather awkward and situation not ideal but 2s resolved.
